7. The balance shall be paid against transfer and shall be secured by a guarantee issued by a financial
             institution approved by the Execution Creditor or his or her attorney and shall be furnished to the Sheriff within 21 days
             after the sale and shall provide for the payment of the full balance and any such interest payable.
                     8. The property may be taken possession of after signature of the Conditions of Sale, payment of the deposit
             and the balance of the purchase price.
                     9. Should the Purchaser or any other person claiming possession through the Purchaser, receive possession
             of the property prior to the registration of transfer, the Purchaser shall be liable for occupational rental at the rate of 1%
             (one percent) of the purchase price, per month, from the date of possession thereof to date of transfer.
                     10. The aforesaid sale shall be subject to the Conditions of Sale which
